Alma is being recognized as January’s Manager of the Month for her store’s excelling performance. Her store has received high customer satisfaction ratings and her team has achieved top participation levels on the Taziki’s training platform throughout this past month. On top of this, her hard working team at Stonehenge has produced a strong year over year sales increase for the location.

One piece of advice that Alma wants to share with all new managers is to work shoulder to shoulder with your people. It is vital that the entire team has been given a strong example and knows they will receive support when needed.
