Taziki’s Manager of the Month - July 2023
Juan is being recognized by his supervisors for his willingness to support everyone at any given moment. He recently hosted and trained two New Store Opening crews at his location. He did this with full knowledge of how this extra training would impact his labor numbers, but it was worth it. Juan is a firm believer in giving everyone a chance and training our staff properly.

Juan’s favorite part of the job is interacting with people. He gets a good feeling every time he sees a happy customer or employee. He truly enjoys getting to know and helping people.
Next month will mark 3 years with Taziki’s for Juan. His favorite part of Taziki’s culture is the focus on collaboration and connection with guests and employees. He loves working in an environment where so many people possess a lot of knowledge and experience - and they are willing to share it with others. Juan knows that most everyone started out like him and seeing others grow gives him extra motivation to keep learning. He enjoys collaborating with the other Taziki’s managers and finding ways he can coach and learn from them.
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
Outside of work, Juan enjoys any kind of sport, but his two favorite are soccer and tennis. Juan recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy into his family - congratulations!
