Taziki’s Manager of the Month - November 2024
Tarek is being recognized as November’s Manager of the Month for his store’s excelling performance this month. His store has received impressive ratings in Ovation, our guest satisfaction platform, as well as top tier team participation and frequency use of QUEST, our training platform. On top of this, Tarek’s dedicated and hard working team at Chesterfield has produced a strong year over year sales increase.
When receiving this award, Tarek noted “We have put in a ton of work in over the last year and a half, and it feels great to be recognized. I feel as if this is more of a reflection on the work of my team as a whole, not just myself. I couldn't do it without the team we have”
building a great team
One piece of advice that Tarek wants to share with any new manager is that “It's really all about what you put into your team. By building the right culture, setting the standards, and being consistent you will reach your goals. If you care about your people, and you show it, your people will care about you and the success of the store. One band, one sound.”
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
Outside of work, Tarek “lives the good life” by spending a lot of time outside. He enjoys grilling steaks and making sweet potato casserole. He also enjoys playing golf and trivia with friends!
